English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Petroleum Eng/Sci Risk Assessment in Petroleum Industry

We have been hired to take over operations once the client reaches 3000 ft, drilling 17-1/2 hole with 9.5 ppg mud at an angle of 30 degrees. We are to circulate as required, run the 13-3/8 72# L-80 LTC Casing, with centralization, circulate it and cement it to surface with a minimum of 1000 ft of 16.2 ppg cement around the shoe. Once the plug has been bumped and casing tested to 80% of it burst, we turn operations back to the Client.
