Traducción al español de una carta del Liquidador de una sociedad sobre la disolución de la misma.
En dos ocasiones hace referencia a una deduda que tiene la empresa y dice así:
"You will recall that we agreed that the inter-company loan account of €15,000 would be offset against the Issued Share Capital due to be repaid to XXX Limited in the sum of €10,000 and that there would be a nominal surplus of €500 which would be repaid to XXX Limited".
"The only asset to be realised was an inter-company debt in the sum of €15,000, which has been offset by an accounting entry to repay the Issued Share Capital in full of €500 together with a surplus to the shareholder of €500".
