English term

(Objection) Sustained

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Courtroom terminology
Context:

When in the courtroom one of the attornies states: I OBJECT!!!!, and then the judge says "SUSTAINED"......

I have found several possibilities, but I would like to hear from someone with a lot of court room experience what they believe to be the most widely used term for this in spanish?!?!?!

Acogida?
Sostenida?
Al lugar?
Aceptada?
(I even found admitida-which I think would not apply in this case....)
Or possibly any others????????

aceptada, acogida, respaldada,

In my 25 years working in US courtrooms I've heard all of these. I do not believe I ever had a defendant that would have understood ha lugar.

"ha lugar" significa que se acoge, se aprueba la objeción. The objection has been sustained.
