langostino de aguas templadas, pelado al calor/blanqueado
Lamentablemente, langostino y camarón no tienen sustantivos distintos en inglés, hasta donde yo sé... El blanqueado, según entiendo, consiste en el pelado con una muy leve cocción al vapor o al agua hirviendo (2 minutos o menos), suficiente para pelar el langostino con facilidad pero no para cocerlo del todo...
