Explanation:
Hola, Aurora :)

Se refieren a los colores ricos que suelen llevar nombres de joyas, como emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, etc...

Se me ocurre que puede ser colores brillantes o colores ricos o algo por el estilo.

OJO: Me parece que no necesariamente es que los vestidos contengan joyas de adorno. Sólo están hablando de los TONOS de los colores. Claro que luego habla sobre los diamanté buttons, pero eso es aparte.

Después de buscar mucho, sospecho que se refiere a "colores que se asemejan a gemas"aunque no encontré una palabra en castellano que me satisfazga. "de tonalidades brillantes" es lo que se me ocurre, aunque debe hacer algo mejor.
