Hola marceloabq, de soltero es muy ambiguo en este caso, porque caracteriza a quien habita el apartamento no al apartamento, un apartamento de soltero puede ser cualquier tipo de apartamento ¿No te parece?

Lo pondría así, porque decir "estudio" implicaría algo, posiblemente erróneo, en cuanto a la distribución del apartamento. Un apartamento de soltero puede ser de una habitación (recamara/pieza), una sala, y una cocina (o puede ser de un solo cuarto, como un estudio).
