@wmpwtzall I see your point. My reasoning is that PDS program in Nigeria makes sense. I'm still wondering about the "500 Pds of 100 (244)".

PDS in acronyms See http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/PDS. A few meanings that might fit: Personnel and Personal Data Sheet / Premises Distribution System / Protected Distribution System / Public Disclosure System / and (my favourite) Paid During Services. Good luck!

Pds is usually Pounds (British money system)! In order to translate correctly, the location of the "terms" in relation to other terms must be considered. Good luck!
