En este caso, "site" se refiere al "sitio web" de la feria (por eso hacen una "preselección", cuando llegue la feria propiamente dicha ya harán la selección final). Me parece un poco redundante traducirlo por "sitio de la feria evento", así que abogo por omitir uno de los dos, preferiblemente "evento" (no se pierde información).
