An ECG change characterized by an intraventricular conduction delay affecting the left ventricular wall and septum. Acute occurrences most commonly result from myocardial ischemia.

grenblokk, periodisk eller konstant forsinkelse eller avbrytelse av impulsledningen gjennom en av de to hovedgrenene i hjertets ledningssystem (mellom forkamrene og de tilsvarende hjertekamrene). Blokaden kan være venstre- eller høyresidig, og den resulterer i en forsinket kontraksjon av det hjertekammeret det gjelder.
