A pervious surface is one that allows water to filter into the ground, which enables natural groundwater to recharge, helps with filtration of pollutants, and reduces erosion and flooding. The use of pervious asphalt and concrete for parking lots, roads and sidewalks is an important part stormwater management that conserves precious natural resources.

The term: Well, as no translators seem formally qualified here, I just want to comment on the term suggestions made. I think the professional term in this context is "drenerende" or "drenering(s)", combined with a context dependent word, like "overflate". I don't feel a direct word translation of "pervious" will work, we need to use the context specific expression here. I would advise to check out SFT material, like this guide: http://www.sft.no/publikasjoner/avfall/1951/ta1951.pdf, where "drenering" is used in many combinations and variants for the issue in question.

What Per said. Yep, lack of "specialty level expertise" in the field of... surfaces?..seems to be my problem here.
Note that if you want to use "porous" in Norwegian, it should read "porøs" - the special character can be produced by pressing Alt+0248.

An easy one... The term you are looking for is 'gjennomtrengelig', alternative utett or porous. Just like impervious is ugjennomtrengelig, or upåvirkelig. I can't enter this myself, for lack of reported "specialty" level of expertise in the subject field, but most sixth graders could figure this one out.
