I am having difficulty figuring out what this abbreviation stands for. It appears throughout the text after "oma" as in the following sentence. The key is, it turns out the woman is not actually the grandmother. Voorzien perhaps? Thanks for your help.

Moeder had veel conflicten over de opvoeding met haar schoonmoeder. In mnd, jaar is moeder alleen vertrokken naar haar huurwoning aan xxxx (verkregen via de vrouwenopvang). Moeder had xxxx bij oma (vz) achtergelaten.

would be consistent for telling paternal and maternal grandmother apart? Sounds more reasonable than "chairman" :-)
