: I don't think it refers to the operation part; they performed an endoscopic ultrasound examination including mucosal biopsies and a transmural lymph node biopsy.

Hello Anne, thank you for thinking along, it is separate from the operation for sure - diagnostic. This - additional - transmural lymph node biopsy is yet to be performed, see further context in disc. entries.

Alsof dat iets zou zeggen over hoe de operatie moet worden uitgevoerd.
Dat verband is er niet en kan er niet zijn.
Hoe zou er een hemicolectomie kunnen worden uitgevoerd via aanprikken van een klier naast het duodenum!?

And this is the point where they have arrived now.
If they follow the surgeon's advice one of two options is going to take place. Probably they will follow it but it is still to be decided.
