Not quite sure, but I think this may have something to do with an error message in a computer software application where the delivery date and a number of days to be entered by the user are incompatible.

: That was how I read it too. I might even go so far as to say "cannot be displayed" - depending on the context, of course.

in the dictionary it is something to do with being able to call someone on the phone, so I suppose if you use just 'not available' that that would cover the meaning
