The context of this phrase relates to requirements of a manager, specifically regarding the location where he/she resides:
"Wanneer de werkgever vaststelt dat deze verplichting niet nageleefd wordt, kan hij de manager per aangetekend schrijven in gebreke stellen *om er zich naar te schikken*."
I'm inclined to interpret the part between asterisks as "to comply therewith," but I'd like to receive feedback from colleagues who work (more) regularly with such documents for the northern part of Belgium. TIA.
