POSITION PURPOSE
Position provides key financial data support to assist the Payment Variance & Recovery Unit in achieving its objectives to improve reimbursement and net revenue realized from contracted payers. Specifically, the position will utilize all available reporting tools within Trinity Health to create and generate reports, perform data analysis and help to identify inappropriate payment variances from third party payers.
Our patient representatives conduct follow-up on the appealed accounts for payment. RCS also supplies the provider with extensive payment variance reporting including underpayments by payor by type.

: The second file as supplied by Fiona does give the EN as payment difference but, as an accounting item and FWIW, I'm used to seeing payment variance/discrepancy
