afleidweerstand speelt vanwege de aanwezigheid van capacitieve aarding en het hanteren van een
binaire testmethode slechts een bescheiden rol in de voorspellende kwaliteiten van het simulatiemodel."

The only translation I was able to find is "leak resistance", but I do not know that this accurate.

I've checked with some colleagues and you could also use "discharge resistance" in this case. Both options ("resistance to ground" and "discharge resistance") are suitable in this context, although my personal preference would go to "discharge resistance".
