Woordenboek ICT [Elsevier] defines intersection as: \"En-bewerking - De booleaanse bewerking, waarvan het resultaat de booleaanse waarde 1 heeft indien elk opdrachtelement de booleaanse waarde 1 heeft\". In the light of this definition and the source context, I think \'intersection clock\' could well be the term you\'re looking for.

slicing clock
That's a somewhat educated guess. 'Slicing' is used for various types of processes in an IT/electronics context, such as data slicing, time slicing, video slicing..., all related to dividing something into chunks. A slicing clock would be a clock signal that effective determines when the slicing occurs.
