Oops, sorry for the typo. I thought I'd follow the fashion (see your 'consumentenartiekls' :-) ).
As I looked round, I didn't find anything suitable for n.e.g. The abbreviation used by your customer is not standard. And given the limited context, this is the best I could make of it. And quite frankly, I didn't doubt a second. Though a bit more context wouldn't harm.

: no doubt? maximum confidence? ... there is plenty of room for doubt.///sorry, didn't mean to sound so harsh or to start a fight - it's just that confidence level 5 is intended for when you are 100% certain. yours is just one of many possible answers...

: Agree with Ron, The abbreviation n.e.g. usually seems to refer to 'niet elders genoemd' (cf. Google). Please provide references for your alternative interpretation/translation.

I feel like I'm back in the translation school where I graduated. I clearly said 'it is NOT standard'. This is supposed to help - not to confuse. Let Alexander decide. I'm sure you have better things to do. I will not respond to further remarks.
