Geef nooit vers varkenvlees: dit kan zijn besmet met **Aujezski**, een varkenziekte die dodelik is voor honden.
It is stated here that this is a type of disease among pigs, but my reasearch so far shows that it is a type of bacteria. Does anybody know what this called in English?

: I finally see the spelling difference between your answer and Kate's (thanks to rainerc). But the disagree is just joking I hope/some sites do spell it that way-a disagree when you have also answered appears more tactical than language-oriented

the disagree followed an initial agree (because Kate was quicker) and was given well before the other 2 answers, so it served a specific purpose (at the time)

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "Thank you all. The spelling is very important, which is why I could not find the correct answer myself, hence awarding points to the second answer.
Writeaway, your comments are not very constructive, so I don't know why you had to add them. I spent a lot of time looking for the correct English version, not thinking that it could simply be a spelling mistake."
