@Marijke: I expect you were too busy to reply. However, I just thought I'd mention that it is becoming increasingly common for asker's to ask questions but never say a word. Especially after a recent incident we had here involving a fake profile, it would be great if asker's tried to at least say sth now and then, so we know we are helping a real person.

@Marijke Can we have some more context? You said your text is about the production of animal feed and food (i.e. food for animals and humans?), in which way? We need to know what the emphasis is on, etc. For example, "beheersbaar" here could be about producing the food in such a way as to make it more ecologically sustainable (de toekomst van de planeet), or simply about making the production process more manageable (for the customer? producer? factory?). That is, there are many possible interpretations...
