I wouldn't even personalise it; I'd make it more general, as the upshot is that spares don't arrive quickly; from here, there's lots of ways to go.

The parts clerk isn't really up to the task
This use of vite is peculiar to Quebec, so I'm really not qualified to give an opinion, but the question intrigued me, but it looks as if the parts clerk is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. From what I can make out, it has nothing to do with the speed at which parts arrive at the delivery point.
