Dakle popis ili lista posebno označenih subjekata (dakle pravnih i fizičkih osoba) koju vodi Ministarstvo financija SAD-a. Na tom popisu se nalaze osobe koje se smatraju teroristima, kriminalcima, traženim osobama itd. Puni naziv je "List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons".
