Source text - Polish W zakresie indywidualnego (pojedynczego) ryzyka kredytowego można wyodrębnić kolejne jego człony, a zatem ryzyko: niewypłacalności (spłaty), terminu, zabezpieczenia oraz wartości pieniądza (inflacji). Ryzyko niewypłacalności jest związane z zagrożeniem niespłacenia długu kredytowego (rat kapitałowych, prowizji, opłat i odsetek) w całości lub części, a więc bezpośredniego uszczerbku na dochodach banku. Ryzyko terminu jest konsekwencją wystąpienia opóźnień w terminie spłaty elementów długu kredytowego. Z kolei ryzyko zabezpieczeń ma swoje źródła w niedostatkach legislacyjnych zawieranych w tym zakresie umów, względnie w spadku realnej wartości tych zabezpieczeń. Wreszcie ryzyko wartości pieniądza wywodzi się wprost z zagrożeń inflacyjnych (rzadziej deflacyjnych), tj. ze spadku realnej wartości roszczeń kredytowych na skutek tendencji inflacyjnych.
Ryzyko kredytobiorcy może być częściowo lub w całości zniwelowane przez przyjęcie odpowiednich zabezpieczeń spłaty kredytu, przy czym ma to miejsce w sytuacji zawierania konkretnej transakcji kredytowej. Ta z kolei może pociągać dodatkowe czynniki niewywiązywania się z umowy, dlatego też pojawia się odrębny typ ryzyka kredytowego – ryzyko transakcji. Wiadomo bowiem, iż długoterminowe, znaczące kwotowo transakcje kredytowe są bardziej narażone na różnego typu zagrożenia. Podobne zagrożenie dotyczy finansowania przedsięwzięć innowacyjnych, nominowanych w obcej walucie czy zawieranych zagranicą (…).
Każdy bank, stosownie do prowadzonej polityki kredytowej (ekspansywnej, zachowawczej, zrównoważonej), wyznacza własne w tym zakresie kryteria oceny oraz linie ustalające ów poziom akceptowalny czy też okoliczności i warunki jego ewentualnego przekroczenia. Poziomy ryzyka akceptowalnego nie są przy tym stałe. Mogą się zmieniać w czasie (w dostosowaniu do sytuacji banku i koniunktury gospodarczej) i przestrzeni (inne w zależności od kraju zaangażowania kredytowego, proponowanych prawnych form zabezpieczeń spłaty kredytu itp.).
Translation - English Within the scope of individual (single) credit risk, one may distinguish its further elements, that is: default (repayment) risk, risk related to a time limit, collateral risk and money value (inflation) risk. Default risk is related to a threat of credit debt (principal instalment, commission, charge and interest) non-repayment in whole or in part and, therefore, a threat of direct detriment to the bank's revenues. Risk related to a time limit is a consequence of delays in a time limit for repayment of credit debt elements. Collateral risk in turn has its origins in legislative inadequacy of agreements concluded in this respect or in a drop in the real value of the collateral. Finally, money value risk stems from inflationary threats (less often deflationary threats), i.e. from a drop in the real value of credit claims as a result of inflationary tendencies.
Risk of the borrower may be nullified, in part or in full, by accepting proper credit repayment collateral and this takes place in a situation of entering into a particular credit transaction. Such a credit transaction may in turn entail additional factors of failure to perform an agreement. Therefore, a separate type of credit risk, i.e. transaction risk, appears. As is generally known, long-term credit transactions for significant amounts are more exposed to various types of threats. A similar threat pertains to financing innovative undertakings denominated in a foreign currency or undertaken abroad (...).
Each bank, in conformity with the conducted credit policy (expansive, conservative, sustainable), establishes its own assessment criteria for acceptable risk and determines its acceptable levels as well as the circumstances and conditions of potential exceedance thereof. Levels of acceptable risk are not stable. They may vary according to time (in adaptation to the bank's situation and economic situation) and place (other levels may change depending on a country of credit exposure, proposed legal forms of collaterasl for credit repayment, etc.).

Source text - English The bladder mechanism consists of the voluntary filling and voiding of the urinary bladder which is controlled by a combined action of the Pelvic Floor muscles, the Detrusor, and the Urethral sphincters.
During bladder filling, the Detrusor, a smooth muscle, needs to be relaxed (compliant) while the sphincters and urethra need to be contracted. During filling, the Detrusor pressure remains nearly constant.
AFFERENT impulses of the bladder wall originate from mechanoreceptors that respond to stretch and free nerve endings in the bladder mucosa that respond to pain and temperature. The impulses travel in the pelvic nerve sand relay on the interneurons in posterior gray horn of the spinal cord from where the secondary neuron travels through the spin thalamic tract to the Pontine micturition center PMC. Afferent impulses originating at the trigon and urethra relay to the cerebral cortex.
We found that a protein intake of more than 0.5 G/kg BW/day is not effective in suppressing further deterioration of renal function in CRF resulting from CGN.
Translation - Polish Mechanizm działania pęcherza moczowego polega na jego świadomym napełnianiu i opróżnianiu i jest kontrolowany przez łączne działanie mięśni dna macicy, wypieracza moczu oraz zwieracze cewki moczowej.
Podczas napełniania pęcherza wypieracz moczu – będący mięśniem gładkim – musi być rozluźniony (elastyczny), podczas gdy zwieracze i cewka moczowa muszą być skurczone. Podczas napełniania ciśnienie w wypieraczu moczu jest niemal stałe.
Impulsy dośrodkowe ściany pęcherza moczowego są spowodowane działaniem mechanoreceptorów, które reagują na rozciągnięcie, oraz działaniem wolnych zakończeń nerwowych znajdujących się w błonie śluzowej pęcherza moczowego, które reagują na ból i temperaturę.
Impulsy wędrują za pomocą nerwów miednicznych i są przekazywane przez interneurony znajdujące się w tylnym rogu istoty szarej rodzenia kręgowego, z którego neuron drugorzędowy biegnie przez drogę rdzeniowo-mózgową do mostowego ośrodka mikcji (ang. pontine micturion center – PMC). Impulsy dośrodkowe powstające w trójkącie pęcherza moczowego i cewce moczowej zostają przesłane do kory mózgowej.
Okazało się, że spożycie białka wynoszące powyżej 0,5 g/kg masy ciała/dzień nie jest wystarczającą dawką do zatrzymania dalszego pogarszania się czynności nerek w przypadku przewlekłej niewydolności nerek spowodowanej kłębuszkowym zapaleniem nerek.
