After upgrading SDL Trados Studio 2019, today I got this: "Your trial license expires in 16 days"

when I opened Trados Studio. I was asked to activate my license code which I did (but I have done this when I upgraded the software; I have followed the right steps). Also, I have problems in logging-in my SDL account, and my previous license (2017) disappeared from the license list. Can somebody tell me what is going on, please? All this is very strange to me. Many thanks in advance!
