1. 한우 설도에 설탕과 물엿을 넣고 20분간 재워주세요.
※ 냉동시킨 한우를 사용할 경우 찬물에 해동시킨 후 요리해주세요. 뜨거운 물을 사용하면 고기가 미리 익어 뻣뻣해지고 오히려 해동이 늦게 된답니다.
2. 배, 양파, 참기름, 후추, 마늘, 간장을 넣고 30분간 더 재워주세요. (기호에 따라 재우지 않고 즉석으로 볶아도 맛있어요)
연육작용이 있는 배 이외에 사과, 파인애플, 키위 등을 사용해도 부드러운 한우 불고기 덮밥을 만들 수 있어요.
3. 달궈진 팬에 한우 설도, 당근, 양파, 팽이버섯, 파 순으로 재료를 볶아주세요.
한우를 얇게 썬 경우 처음부터 야채를 넣고 볶으셔도 좋아요.
4. 밥을 담은 그릇에 한우 불고기와 달걀 노른자를 올리면 완성!
너무 뜨거운 밥보다 살짝 식은 밥이 덮밥의 맛을 더 잘 느낄 수 있답니다. ^^
달걀은 기호에 따라 빼주셔도 좋습니다.

[Ingredients]
Korean Beef button round 500g, onion 1/2, carrots 1/4, spring onion 1/4, enoki mushroom 1bag, a hint of ground sesame mixed with salt, egg 1, sesame oil 1/2t
[Seasoning]
sugar 2T, starch syrup 1T, soy sauce 10T, chopped garlic 1T, pears 1/2, onion 1/2, sesame oil 1T, pepper
1. Marinate Korean Beef button round with sugar and starch syrup for 20 minutes.
※ If you use the frozen beef, please cook after thawing in cold water.
If you use hot water in thawing, the meat will become pre-cooked and stiff, and thawing will be also delayed.
2. Add pear, onion, sesame oil, pepper, garlic, soy sauce to marinated beef and let it stand for another 30 minutes. (It is still delicious even if stir fried without marinade according to your liking)
You can make soft Beef Rice Bowl using apple, pineapple, kiwi and etc. besides pear for meat tenderizer.
3. Stir fry the ingredients in a heated pan in the order of Korean beef button round, carrot, onion, enoki mushroom and spring onion.
If you cut the Korean beef thin, then you can add vegetables and fry them from the beginning.
4. You can complete the cooking by putting Bulgogi and egg yolk in a rice bowl!
Slightly cooled down rice is recommened than the hot rice for the better taste. ^^
You can skip egg yolk according to your preference.

Source text - Korean 영화 '센과 치히로의 행방불명'은 남녀노소를 막론하고 많은 이들의 사랑을 받았다.
2002년 국내 개봉 당시 200만 관객을 돌파하며 인기를 끌었고 그 다음 해에는 애니메이션 최초로 아카데미에서 상을 받으며 작품성을 인정받았다.
원령공주, 토토로 등으로 우리나라에서 저변을 늘려가던 미야자키 하야오 감독은 이 영화를 통해 비로소 '믿고 보는 감독'으로 통하기 시작했다.
귀여운 캐릭터와 흥미진진한 스토리 이면에 환경파괴와 자본주의를 꼬집는 감독의 깊은 메세지가 담겨 있어 팬들은 이 영화를 수작 중의 수작으로 꼽는다.
알고 보면 더 재미있는 영화, '센과 치히로의 행방불명' 속 숨겨진 비밀을 공개한다.
1. 일본의 성매매 문화를 비판했다?
일본에서는 온천에서 성매매가 행해지는 일이 많았다. 일본 에도시대 때 매춘부를 온뇨나 유조라고 불렀고, 그런 온천장을 관리하는 여주인을 '유바바(목욕탕 할멈)'라고 부르기도 했다. 영화 안에서도 손님으로 등장하는 신들은 모두 남성으로 표현되며, 손님을 맞는 직원들은 모두 여성이다.
부모가 식탐에 빠져 딸인 치히로가 대신 온천에서 일하게 되는 장면은 '부모가 딸을 팔아버린다'는 설정과 비슷하다고 할 수 있다.
또한 '치히로'가 '센'으로 이름을 바꾸는 것도 성매매 여성을 가명을 쓰고 활동을 하는 것과 맥락을 같이 한다.
2. '가오나시'라는 이름에 숨겨진 비밀
센과 치히로에서 가장 인기 있는 캐릭터인 '가오나시'.
치히로에 대한 무한 애정을 드러내며 큰 소동까지 벌인 '가오나시'의 뜻은 '얼굴 없다'이다. 가면을 항상 쓰고 있어 얼굴이 보이지 않지만 가면 밑에 입이 있다는 사실은 몰랐던 사람이 많았을 것이다.
3. 영화 속 배경의 실제 배경이 되는 곳이 있다.
대만의 유명 관광지 '지우펀'은 구불구불한 계단과 빨간 등이 다닥다닥 달려 있는 대만의 야시장으로 영화 속 온천 마을과 똑 닮은 모습이다.
많은 여행 사이트가 이곳을 소개할 때 영화 '센과 치히로의 행방불명'의 배경이 됐다고 소개할 뿐만 아니라 이로 인해 여행 수혜를 더 보는 지역 가운데 한 곳이다.
4. 미소년 하쿠의 원래 정체는 '강'이다.
치히로를 도와주는 조력자이자 첫사랑 같은 이미지로 묘사된 하쿠의 정체에 의문을 품었던 사람이 많았을 것이다. 영화 말미에 치히로가 하쿠의 원래 이름을 알려주자 유바바에게 묶여 있던 계약이 풀리면서 자유의 몸이 된다.
용으로도 변했다 미소년으로 변하기도 하는 하쿠의 정체는 바로 '강'이다. 미야자키 하야오 감독은 인간에 의해 파괴되고 있는 자연, 그 중에서도 '강'을 미소년으로 의인화시켰다.
실제로 북동아시아에서는 예로부터 흐르는 강의 모습을 본따서 강의 신으로 용이라는 존재를 생각했다. 하쿠는 강에 사는 전설의 동물이 아니라 강의 신이자 '강 그자체'인 셈이다.

The numbers of viewers exceeded 2 million when it was released in 2002 and the movie was highly acclaimed for its quality of work being a Academy Award winner for the first time as an anime film in the next year.
The director, Hayao Miyazaki who was gaining his reputation with the success of Princess Mononoke, My neighbor Tororo finally became a reliable guarantee director through this movie.
The fans of director Miyazaki pick this film as the best of the best of his movies as it contains the profound messages from the director pointing out the destruction of environment and harmful consequences of capitalism which is veiled by cute characters and intriguing story.
I now tell you the hidden secrets inside the movie ‘Spirited Away’, which turns out more fun with these secrets.
1. The movie criticised the culture of prostitution in Japan?
Prostitution in the bathhouse was a pretty regular thing in Japan. Sex workers were called ‘Onnyo’ or ‘Yujo’(both mean Bath Girl) and the hostesses who managed those prostitution spas were called ‘Yubaba’(Bath Old Lady) in Edo period.
In the movie, All the gods acting as guests are expressed as males and employers entertaining guests in the bathhouse are all females.
The scene depicting Chihiro’s parents got gluttonous and then let her work in the bathhouse instead of them matches the setting that ‘parents sell their daughter’.
Her changing name from ‘Chihiro’ to ‘Sen’ is also contextual clue to the fact that sex workers mostly use aliases.
2. The hidden secret in the name ‘Kaonasi’
‘Kaonasi', the most famous character in ‘Spirited Away’.
The meaning of the name ‘Kaonasi’ is ‘without face’. He showed infinite affection for Chihiro and therefore made a big fuss. He always wears a mask and his face is invisible. The secret he had a mouth far below the mask was unthinkable to most of viewers.
3. There’s an actual place which became the setting in the film.
‘Jiufen’, the famous travel site of Taiwan is a night market with meandering steps and closely hung red lanterns and looks just like the hot spring village in the film.
Not only many travel websites introduce this place as the setting of the movie ‘Spirited Away’, but also this place is one of the places benefit from the fame of the movie.
4. The identity of handsome boy, Haku is ‘The River’.
Many would have had doubt in identity of Haku who was the helper of Chihiro and was portrayed as the image of first love. At the end of the movie, Chihiro taught Haku his real name and then Haku gained liberty getting free from the shackle of the contract with Yubaba.
The identity of Haky, who changes himself from dragon to handsome boy is ‘The River’. Director Hayao Miyazaki personified the nature that was being destroyed by human being, especially the river, as a handsome boy.
In fact, in northeast Asia, dragon was considered as the god of the river resembling the shape of running river from old times. Haku is not only the legendary animal, but also is the god of the river and ‘the river itself’.
